Prizes

• The base currency of the Promotion will be Euros and will be reflected in the leaderboard and prize pool. A Player will play the tournament in their registered currency. Participating Network Operators will disburse prizes in accordance with their payment terms.

• The total expected prize pool for the entire Promotion is (10000) Euros.

• Prizes will be paid out as per the prize pool tab. As such, the prize pool is shared across the network of operators who opt in for the network promotion.

• Details of distribution of the prize pool is as follows:

• Prizes are paid automatically to winners within 48 hours after receiving the results of the winners provided by SOFTSWISS.

• SOFTSWISS will send the results of the winners to the operator within 24 hours after the end of the tournament.

• If the auto-payout feature is unavailable due to any technical issues, participating operators will reward players manually. Participating operators are responsible for contacting any winning players from their casino within 48 hours from acceptance of the Tournament results sent by SOFTSWISS.

• It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure that all cash prizes are paid according to the prize distribution table.

• SOFTSWISS reserves the right to void scores, or not pay out a prize, where all or part of the score results from any obvious error, mistake, or technical fault (including incorrect game pay-outs) whether caused by a machine or human error in respect of any of the participating games. We further reserve the right to void scores, or not pay out a prize when, in our opinion, all or part of the score results from cheating or collusion with other players.

Promotion mechanics - General

• Participating players will take part in the campaign by placing a qualifying bet in any Eligible Promotion Games during the campaign period. There is no additional cost.

• A Player needs to make a minimum qualifying bet on any Eligible Promotion Games (“Qualifying Bet”). Minimum qualifying bet per spin to participate in the Tournament is 0.50 EUR or equivalent currency (AED, AMD, ARS, AUD, AZN, BDT, BGN, BNB, BOB, BRL, BTC, BYN, CAD, CDF, CHF, CLP, CNY, COP, CRC, CZK, DKK, DOG, EGP, EOS, ETH, EUR, GBP, GEL, GTQ, HKD, HNL, HUF, IDR, ILS, NR, IQD, ISK, JPY, KES, KGS, KRW, KZT, LRD, LTC, MDL, MKD, MVR, MXN, MYR, NGN, NOK, NZD, PEN, PHP, PKR, PLN, RON, RUB, SEK, SGD, STKC, TBAL, THB, TJS, TMT, TND, TRX, TRY, TWD, TZS, UAH, USD, USDT, UYU, UZS, VND, XAF, XOF, XRP, ZAR, ZMW). If the Minimum Qualifying Bet is not available on one of the Participating Games, the closest higher bet amount shall constitute as the Minimum Qualifying Bet for that game.

• Once a Player has placed a Qualifying Bet, they can play the Eligible Promotion Game (“Qualifying Spin”) which will contribute to the Player’s score on the leaderboard.

• Any qualifying bet in participating games during the campaign period can trigger a prize from the prize pool. By qualifying for the Tournament and playing the games, each Player agrees to these terms and conditions and to all other terms and conditions set by the Operator hosting this Tournament.

• SOFTSWISS sets up the tournament in the way the real and bonus money wagers of the players are qualified to be participating in the Tournament. Therefore, a bet placed with bonus money or in-game promotional free spin will be classed as a Qualifying Bet. SOFTSWISS cannot detect if the money wagered as part of the Tournament is bonus money or real money. In the event that Operators want to limit bonus money usage, they need to do it from their side, and further acknowledge that any qualified win will be counted toward the Tournament and Leaderboard.

Promotion mechanics - Tournament

• The winners are the players with the biggest sum of multipliers. Points for every multiplier are summed up throughout the tournament. The bigger the total of all multipliers, the higher position the player gets on the leaderboard. The multiplier is calculated by dividing the win by the bet in each round. The received number is then always multiplied by 100 and can be multiplied by multiplier factor if one is set. Score calculation example for illustrative purposes only: You set a 1.1 multiplier factor for the bet range with a minimum bet of 1 EUR, and a 1.5 multiplier factor for the bet range with a minimum bet of 5 EUR. If a player wagered 1, 2, and 6 EUR in the tournament and won 5, 50, and 120 EUR, it means the player achieved 5x, 25x, and 20x multipliers respectively. The player will be rewarded with 550, 2750, and 3000 points. All these points will be summed up, and the player receives a total of 6300 points.

• The higher the total value of the points received by a Player, the higher the Player’s score. - Prizes will be distributed to winners according to their position in the leaderboard, when the Promotion ends, in descending order from highest to lowest position depending on a Player’s total score at the end of the Promotion.

• The leaderboard is ranked in accordance with a Player’s score.

• If two (2) or more Players finish the Promotion at the same position on the leaderboard, the Player who has achieved the score first, will receive the higher prize.

How Players may participate in the Promotion:

• A Player must place at least a Minimum Qualifying Bet on any of the Eligible Promotion Game(s).

• A Player will receive points based on the Sum of all Multipliers Criteria.

• Players may not create more than one account on a Network Operator's website for the purpose of entering the Promotion from more than one account during the Promo Period. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, SOFTSWISS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player.
